Quite simply our business wouldn't be where it is today without the help and support of Charlie Ulyatt from Chant 4 web design.
He built our website, approximately 8 years ago and it has been re-modelled and tweaked since then.
We did procrastinate about having a website built in the first place! Can't quite believe that now, as no self-respecting business would be without a website in this day and age. If they haven't got one, I really don't know where they are getting their business from especially in view of how many people search on Google for business/recommendations.
Nothing is ever too much trouble for Charlie. If we want an amendment doing, it's done usually the same day, or at the latest, the following day.
However, it's now time for us to move on. We need an e-commerce website, as we are having a 'health shop' on the site. Charlie has been really helpful and recommended colleagues of his, who are now completely re-designing our site, and building the on-site shop. It's costing a lot of money, so we wanted to be sure of the integrity and capabilities of the web designers.
Luckily, we are still involved with Charlie, as he writes excellent blogs for our site, on all sorts of health related matters. We just give him the title of the blog, and off he goes, researches it and writes an excellent blog, with all the SEO work and key words included. His prices are very reasonable, but more than that, he's extremely trustworthy, reliable and great with communication. That is very important to us.
