Having received an accurate brief from the client company or individual, At Your Service will find suitable properties for the client to view within the specified price range and location types preferred, and offer:-

• collection from and return to an agreed location
• familiarisation tour of the area to further help define the right environment for living, and locate future reference points of interest
• a light lunch, if appropriate
• details of suitable properties
• accompanied viewing of selected properties
• detailed discussion regarding associated costs of living and other factors relevant to life in the East Midlands as opposed to previous location
• school/nursery information and visits if appropriate as part of the package

If on the first Homesearch nothing suitable is located, we will repeat this process to hopefully find the home required.
