It is not always possible to find decently furnished executive standard accommodation, and in some cases purchasing a bespoke package from us, however big or small, can be the solution. This works well for employees coming to our area on secondment for a specific time, often a couple of years, and who cannot bring their own furniture, or for companies taking a property longer term for a higher turnaround of employees to occupy.

This service also extends to investment property landlords. We can provide a bespoke furnishing package, whether it be for executive standard or student tenants, at a very competitive price. In all these cases, we pass on the price of the furnishings at cost, plus our fee for sourcing and installation service. All you need to do is pass on your instructions and we will do the rest.
