When a company relocates an employee to the East Midlands, it does not usually have the time or specific resources to assist that employee in finding the correct type of accommodation, schools or services within a desired area - indeed, if anything at all is known about the area.

In our experience, the employee and their family are under a great deal of pressure, regarding both timescales and personal pressures, in finding a new home in the right area, and ticking all the other boxes.

We have also noted from doing this job for so long that the employee does not get much 'time off' to look around and find out things, and the trailing spouse, as they are so indelicately called, ends up doing most of the legwork whilst trying to tie up all the personal side of things for the whole family.

At Your Service is able to tailor the service offered to meet the full needs of any particular family or individual, totally committing our time, so that at the end of the period with us, they are able to make informed judgements about all matters relating to their relocation. We obviously deal with either house purchase or, more frequently, rental properties, in corporate cases.
